Building intelligent products from idea to market

I combine embedded systems, electronics, cloud software and AI to take a product from a whiteboard sketch to something you can manufacture, deploy and support — as one engineer who owns the whole stack.

Services

Everything a product needs to go from idea to shelf

Engage me for a single layer of the stack, or the whole build — the value is in one engineer who understands how every layer affects the others.

Product Development

From a sketch on a napkin to a shippable product — I own the full stack: hardware, firmware, cloud and interface, so nothing gets lost in translation between teams.

Embedded Firmware Development

Reliable, power-efficient firmware for ESP32, STM32 and Arduino platforms, built to run unattended in the field for years, not just in a demo.

PCB Design

Schematic-to-fabrication circuit and PCB design in KiCad, designed for manufacturability from the first revision — not reworked after the first bad batch.

IoT Solutions

Connected devices that talk to the cloud reliably over WiFi, BLE, LoRa or LTE, with MQTT messaging and OTA updates built in from day one.

AI Integration

LLM, voice and automation features that make a product feel genuinely intelligent — not a chatbot bolted on for the pitch deck.

Cloud Backend

APIs, databases and infrastructure designed to scale with your product's growth instead of becoming the thing that breaks at your first traffic spike.

Mobile App Development

Cross-platform Flutter apps that connect your hardware and backend to a real, responsive user experience on both iOS and Android.

Web Application Development

Fast, modern web applications built with React, Next.js and TypeScript — the dashboards and storefronts your product runs on.

Automation Systems

Business and industrial process automation that removes manual, error-prone work — the kind that quietly costs a team hours every week.

Technical Consulting

An engineering second opinion before you commit budget — architecture reviews, feasibility studies and vendor evaluation from someone who's shipped the whole stack.

Prototype Development

Rapid, working prototypes that prove the concept before you invest in tooling and manufacturing — built to fail fast and cheap, not slow and expensive.

Development Process

A repeatable path from concept to a supported product

The same nine stages apply whether the deliverable is a circuit board, a firmware update, or a customer-facing dashboard.

01

Discovery

Understanding the real problem, the constraints, and what 'done' actually looks like before any component is chosen.

02

Planning

Scoping the architecture end to end — hardware, firmware, cloud and interface — so every layer is designed to fit the others.

03

Design

Circuit and system design, UI/UX direction, and a technical spec that de-risks the build before money is spent on tooling.

04

Prototype

A working proof of concept, fast — enough to validate the idea on real hardware before committing to production decisions.

05

Firmware

Reliable, power-conscious embedded software built for the field, not just the bench.

06

Cloud

APIs, databases and dashboards that connect the hardware to the people who need to see and act on its data.

07

Testing

Hardware, firmware and software tested together under real-world conditions, not just in isolation.

08

Deployment

Manufacturing support, OTA infrastructure and rollout — getting from a working unit to a fleet in the field.

09

Support

Ongoing monitoring, updates and iteration once the product is live, because shipping is the start, not the finish line.

Case Studies

The problem behind each product

Every product here started as a real, specific problem — not a feature list.

Problem

Clinics and government counters were running queues on paper tokens and shouted call-outs — no record of wait times, no way to manage multiple counters remotely, and constant confusion for patients who couldn't hear their number called.

Solution

An ESP32-based token display and speaker unit, driven by firmware that announces each token in multiple languages and syncs state over MQTT to a cloud dashboard. Counter staff manage queues from a browser; the whole fleet updates over OTA without a single site visit.

Results

  • TODO: number of counters/clinics deployed
  • TODO: measured reduction in perceived wait time or complaint volume
  • TODO: uptime / reliability figure since deployment

About

An engineer who refused to pick a lane

Most engineers specialize early — firmware, or web, or hardware — and hand off everything else at the boundary. I went the other way. Unless you understand how a firmware decision changes what the cloud API needs to handle, or how a PCB layout choice changes manufacturing cost, you're not building the product. You're building a piece of it and hoping the pieces fit together later.

That premise is what Zenith Tek is built on: helping startups and businesses convert ideas into production-ready products by owning the full path — product strategy, electronics, PCB design, firmware, embedded Linux, cloud backend, APIs, web and mobile apps, AI, manufacturing support and deployment.

Based in Vijayawada and working with founders and teams who need a technical partner who can move between a schematic and a sprint planning doc in the same afternoon — not a contractor who disappears the moment the demo works.

Full-stack thinking

A firmware decision changes what the cloud API needs to handle. A PCB layout choice changes manufacturing cost. I design with the whole system in view, not one layer at a time.

Manufacturing-aware

A prototype that can't be manufactured at volume isn't a product yet. Every design decision considers what happens after the tenth unit, not just the first.

AI-native, not AI-decorated

AI gets built into the product where it solves a real problem — voice, automation, intelligence — not bolted on afterward to check a box.

Career Timeline

From curiosity to company

1

Learning · TODO: add years

Where it started

Hands-on with circuits and code long before it was a career — pulling apart electronics, flashing microcontrollers, and learning by building instead of by textbook.

2

Projects · TODO: add years

First real builds

Independent embedded and IoT projects — queue systems, water controllers, safety devices — turned self-taught skills into working hardware other people actually used.

3

Company · TODO: add founding year

Founding Zenith Tek

Turned a pattern of one-off client builds into a company built to take products from idea to production — hardware, firmware and software under one roof.

4

Products · TODO: add years

Shipping for clients

Delivered production embedded systems, IoT platforms and full-stack applications across healthcare, industrial and commerce use cases.

5

Growth · Ongoing

Where it's headed

Scaling Zenith Tek's capacity to take on more ambitious hardware-plus-software products, with AI as a first-class part of the stack from day one.

Testimonials

What it's like to work together

He took our idea from a whiteboard sketch to a working queue system in weeks — hardware, firmware and dashboard, all handled by one person who actually understood the problem end to end.
[Client Name] · [Title], [Clinic / Hospital Group]
We needed someone who could speak both 'PCB' and 'API' fluently. That's rare, and it meant we didn't have to hire two separate teams and manage the handoff between them.
[Client Name] · [Title], [Startup Name]
Communication was the standout — clear updates, honest timelines, and no surprises when it came to what the hardware could and couldn't do.
[Client Name] · [Title], [Company Name]
The platform has run reliably since launch with zero downtime we've had to think about. That reliability is worth more to us than any feature list.
